5/30 adventure at the market

Today I went to the public market with my favorite photographer Amanda Slakes. :) It's truly beautiful there. All the food, people, smells, colors. There is so much to do. I bought some flowers, which I of course had to photograph. Going to the market in the city is now one of my favorite things to do. The atmosphere is so me. While there, I saw many different people in which I came to adore. One being a little old man with a cart of fresh tomatoes. His fragile little demeanor was simply precious.
My time at the market was splendid though, and I learned a lot. The first thing I learned is that I am in love with the city. The urban, artsy and messy feeling of city life suites me well, and I see myself living in a city when I grow up. The second thing I learned, or at least confronted, was the fact that I am in love with taking pictures, and I could not live without my photography. It is what makes me the happiest. I've been thinking a lot lately about my future and what I will be doing with my life, and I've come to the complete realization that I must be taking pictures. I must be capturing beauty through a lens, or else my life will not be happy. So until the day I die I will be shooting photographs, because it is what I love. And the last thing I learned today, is how much I truly enjoy life. I guess in the midst of all that is going on, I sort of forgot how fun life can truly be.
